is there a way to disable the "pluralizing"? For any language that is not English the result is unacceptable …

You can change said description inside the WW instance properties (node selection -> caption).

Unfortunately the "pluralizing" is done assuming that the transaction name is singular, and even then doesn't work in all cases.
