No se si toma en cuenta el &Output el reporte está seteado como Only To File.

Probá, si no funciona lo peor que puede pasar es que tengas que hacer un Save As del reporte y utilizar uno para imprimir en pantalla e impresora y el otro para exportar a Excel.

Pero y ¿que le paso en el output ?
Ejemplo

call(RListado,&CLiCodd,&CliCodH,&Output, &XLs)

En output paso hasta ahora PRN o SCR y en Xls paso S o N dependiendo si el listado se va a hacer en excel o no
Cuando voy a hacer hoja excel si le paso output = 'PRN' me saca la cabecera del listado por la impresora y  la hoja excel completa
Si le pongo output ='SCR' entonces me saca la cabecera por pantalla  y la hoja excel completa

Si le ponés la propiedad del reporte como Only To File no te sirve?

Hola,
       Gx 9.0  en .net en win
Tengo un report que lo utilizo para sacar el listado a pantalla, impresora o excel
Para el tema de pantalla o impresora le paso por parametro el output y para el tema del excel paso una variable que me dice si voy a generar a excel o no
En el caso de que vaya a generar a excel utilizando esa variable hago que no salte ningun print.
En un modelo en vb funciona correctamente mientras que en el modelo de .net cuando pido sacar a excel me saca correctamente la hoja excel pero después me saca la cabecera del listado ( y solo la cabecera ) por pantalla o por impresora según lo puesto en el output
¿cómo solucionarlo sin tener que crear dos reports ?
